“ I was going to write a glowing review, regardless of how good or bad the food was, purely down to how good the customer service was from Hayden and Anais. In an effort to be concise I messed up a buy one get one free promotion order so we ended up with one less burger than we expected. I contacted the restaurant directly, rather than Just Eat as I did not want a refund. I spoke with Hayden who was great and proceeded to contact Just Eat on my behalf, facilitate a refund, so that we could order a single cheaper item and get the burger out to us. I contacted the restaurant again to let them know I had re-ordered and I spoke with Anais. She was fully aware of the situation and absolutely brilliant on the phone. The food turned up 20 mins later, with two napkins apologising for the error from both of them. On top of all that the food was fantastic. One of the best brownies ever, on top of fantastic burgers. Huge thanks to both of you, you are a credit to the restaurant. ”

“ Went here for a date night with the misses, absolutely great food. Ordered the 2 burgers sides and chicken selection. Well worth the money. The flavouring was out of this world and the milkshakes are awesome. The services is quick and they’re always an ear shot away to help if needed. ”

“ Having been a burger fan I saw this place did a two for one burger deal on Tuesday. So me and my friend went to see what's up. The place is inside the Beacon shopping centre upstairs and very clean and well decorated. I had no issue with my service dog and was made to feel at home and very welcome. Our server Sam was really helpful and we ordered two double smashed burgers with brisket. It came with a size of gravy to dip the while burger in that was very American. The sides are absolutely huge and I could not finished the potato tots. We also has a couple of beers and the bill came to under 40 quid for the meal. I was very full and will definitely be back to taste their chicken burgers and pizza. ”

“ We were served by Haidon today and he took our drinks order almost instantly. Such quick service, and then Lauren came over too to make sure we had been served, amazing quick service! Food was cooked and served to us in a timely manner, piping hot and the pizza was absolutely beautifully presented! Very filling and absolutely delicious! Staff were super quick and friendly! The atmosphere was great and even my daughter, who usually misbehaves, was given activities to occupy her and they were great with her too! Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better experience or service, and 100% will be back for more delicious food in the very near future! Thank you so much guys!
